REALITIES OF LIFE

By: Dalton OMONDI Dalton woke up in the morning and found her wife praying. He heard her praying for him as he stared at her. It has been a long time since he has seen her praying and this was unusual. For the past few months, they have been arguing. Last night, they had a nasty fight which made Dalton think it might be over between them. He went downstairs in a hurry to prepare himself breakfast. These past days, she hasn't been cooking for him. Shock on him, he found breakfast already set at the table. He ate and went back to the bedroom, to prepare for a shower. She then left the shower. "Good morning. Have a blessed day" she said as she entered the bedroom and he left for the bathroom. After his shower, all dressed up for work; he found his wife at the kitchen, eating breakfast in peace. However, I believe that it is a good idea for all university students to live in hostels in campus in the first years. In a hostel, they can make new friends more easily, they can learn to become independent and they can spend more time on study. Firstly, living in a hostel on campus would enable freshers to make new friends more easily. Soon after entering university, many freshers may feel anxious about their new university lives. To find new good friends would be one of the best ways to adapt to life in a new environment. Living in dormitory would give them many chances to meet new people and make new friends.
